Mr. Darryl Dsa, a seasoned engineer with 28 years of experience in the telecom industry, is a man on a mission. He founded Career Prerana, an initiative aimed at helping children, parents, guardians and schools identify the right career path for the child. His passion for assisting children in discovering their true calling stems from his belief that this can enable them to lead happy, successful and Rich lives.
Through his involvement in interviewing panels of multinational companies over the last 15 years, Mr. Darryl Dsa has observed that candidates often choose their formal education based on external pressures from parents or peers, leading to unfulfilling jobs where they work only to pay their bills. He emphasizes the importance of early recognition of a child's potential and skills as a motivation for them to choose a career that aligns with their interests, thereby fostering a life of fulfillment and happiness.
Mr. Darryl Dsa unwavering commitment to his mission is evident in his goal to counsel 200,000 children by 2025 as he continues working towards creating a society where everybody has a positive mindset and are willing to give their 100+% in all that they do, thus living Happy, Successful and Rich lives.
